loose-meat Hamburger sandwich

a couple weeks ago, i had this craving for a sandwich but iwent to the deli for some meat
and really didn't find anything much appealing. I queried the lady as to how much salt was in a sample i tried. She looked it up and 3 minutes later got to me "that ....** was 38% sodium/salt."

Holy Sh**, thats bullocks you can bet all deli meat is about the same 40% salt 20-40% fat the rest filler and some protein.

So i figured F*** that and i bought two packages of ground beef, a loaf of bread, cheese, lettuce, hot house tomatoes.

I had been reading a while back on the importance of protein, and really whats better than ground beef? i unno maybe chicken or duck lol

So i fried the ground beef and made myself a sandwich featuring ground beef, cheese, tomatoe and lettuce, and it tasted like a real burger should taste. It was better than McDonalds.

I kinda thought of this from way back from 'Roseanne' the TV show near the end she opened up a loose meat sandwich stand.

Definately healthier than McDonalds too lol.

I guess this has never really taken off as an eat out is cause it falls apart. lol.

I guess i could call it white man's taco with out the over spicing the sh** out of the meat.

Well anyway it was great.

Better than making my own pizza on slices of bread with tomatoe sauce and pepperoni, and cheese. In the oven on Broil.

After 2-3 days in the fridge cheese should be frozen. (even if im going to use it the next day.)

it sounds like the virus is growing like a chess tree

How about the guy that was crazy about coors?

... or the crazy guy who liked fire and blowing things up?

Nah i feel more like the main character even though now i think he's a douche.

I know thats not real a virus cant wipe out 5 billion people in a year (or at least i don't think it will!)

I feel so miserable and empty theres no one here for me.
When i wake up i have no friends, no visitors no aquaintences. nothing.

Except when i did have friends they stole my food, (the good food) and trashed my place, and stole my clothes, and stole my CD's .. no wait they didn't steal my CD's cause nobody cares about CD's anymore lol.

Oh well fuck 'em don't need 'em.

lately i been pondering whether or not i should add some complication to my chess tutorial Part 2 for DIC.

Plan A: manually enumerate diagonals on the chessboard

Plan B: don't enumerate Diagonals keep it dead simple but inneficient for AI. (future AI?)
